    A day drop in the price of Guinness Ghana limited sent the Ghana Stock Exchange all share Index down during the week under review. The secondary market activities were very calm as investors’ attention is still concentrated on the primary market. We do not think that the turmoil in the international financial market is the cause of this performance on our market, though we expect it to have some impact in future. Notwithstanding the fact that most of the major indicators dipped last week, volume and value of shares transacted during the week increased over the previous week.:
